My sister and I called our phone service about the premium rate numbers we were billed for. It seems that the astrology line that we called daily is a service number. These numbers are charged differently from a regular numbers. These numbers usually have different area codes. We still call our astrology line but at least now we know why we are billed differently for those numbers. We are now more conscious of whether or not we are using a regular number or a premium number.
