Ever since my husband’s brother came to stay with us until he gets up on his feet our telephone bill has increased. I suspect he is calling one of the premium rate numbers that provides services such as horoscope, phone calls for adults, weather or some other service. I spoke to my husband about the bill and he promised he would get to the bottom of it. My husband spoke to his brother and he said he has not called any of the service numbers listed on our bill.
